Our clients range from National Park Authorities and Government agencies, community groups and charities to land agents and individual clients, but whoever we are dealing with, our first concern is to provide a quality service at an affordable price.
We have long-standing relationships with many clients who appreciate our personal service and know they can trust us to deliver a successful project.
Our starting point is always to listen carefully to make sure we understand what our clients are trying to achieve, and where we are invited to tender we always aim to shape our proposals to meet the specific needs of each individual project.
We try to ensure that what is proposed is likely to achieve planning permission or other necessary consents. If necessary this may mean tuning your original ideas but we always work closely with the client to ensure that what we produce is what you want.
We are used to working collaboratively with other professionals across a wide range of disciplines and can assemble a cost effective team to tackle a broad range of projects. We regularly work as a team on conservation projects with other small specialist organisations including conservation engineers, archaeologists, and ecologists. In other cases, where required we may call upon other professionals to join us, eg: hydrologists, landscape architects, specialists in sustainable building technologies, interpretation and heritage management, forestry, or tourism, arts and business consultants, depending on the type of project.
We have a detailed knowledge of Northumberland, Co. Durham, Cumbria and North Yorkshire. From feasibility through to construction, our knowledge and experience gained over 25 years working in the rural North of England enables us to provide a service tailored to the local area and local needs.
